Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Polar customer portal — no questions asked, no cancellation fee.

How do I cancel my subscription?

After your purchase, you receive a confirmation email from Polar. Click the link in that email to access your customer portal, then click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What happens after I cancel?

You keep full Pro access until the end of your paid period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free plan — no data is deleted.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@figure-ready.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. Monthly plans renew every month, yearly plans renew every year. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Polar, a secure and trusted payment platform.

What counts as a figure?

Each exported PNG, SVG or TIFF file counts as one figure. Previewing inside the app is always unlimited and free.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your Excel files are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to any server. We have no access to your data.
